TERMS AND POLICIES

OUR RATES INCLUDE

• 24 hour daily insurance.
• Maintenance, oil and greasing.
• Change of car in case of serious breakdown.
• Baby seat and roofrack upon request.
• Road map.
• Third party liability, property damage fire and theft.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

• Driver's age: Minimum 23 years.
• Driver's license: Valid International or National license required, provided that it has been issued by at least one year ago.
• Rental time- kilometers: Minimum one day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/6 ending of the daily rate. The reading of klms "out" and "in" starts and terminates at our renting station.
• Deposit: The estimated cost of the rental is payable on "checkout" time (minimum deposit 59 Euros) and the final adjustment will be made on completion of the rental. Waived for credit card holders.
• Traffic fines: All traffic fines and expenses incurred during the rental period, are at the renter's responsibility.
• Gasoline: Paid by the customer. Super or unleaded to be used according to the model.
• Taxes: V.A.T. is additional on all rates.
• Rent it here - leave it there: All cars available for one way rentals provided that such arrangement is made at the commencement of the rental and confirmed on the rental agreement.
• Ferrying of the car: Allowed only upon our company's written authorization.
• Collision Damage Waiver: If CDW is accepted by the renter, he is not liable for damages caused on the hired car provided that he has not violated the driving code or found guilty of drunken driving.
  The daily CDW charge is:
  9 Euros for cars of groups A - B - C
  12 Euros for those of groups D - E - F - G
  Damages beneath the car or the tyres and wheels are not covered by any insurance.

• Personal Accident Insurance: This insurance is optional and available for 3 Euros per day, for the driver and passengers of the car.
